Rector's Message

My Dear Friends,

In the first place, my loving and prayerful greetings to each one of you.
All of us believe in prayer, no matter from what religious background we come. I want to reflect with you what prayer is all about.

True prayer is meditation…
Prayer doesn’t just happen when we kneel or put hands together and focus and expect things from God. Instead, thinking positive and wishing good for others – that is prayer.
When you hug a friend – that’s a prayer.
When you cook something to nourish family and friends – that’s a prayer.
When we send off our near and dear ones and say: ‘Drive safely’ or ‘Be safe’ – That’s prayer.
When you are helping someone in need by giving your time and energy – you are praying.
Prayer is a vibration – a feeling – a positive thought – an encouraging word – a kind action…

Prayer is the voice of love, friendship, genuine relationships and family. God is Love and anything that has love as its source is prayer.

Therefore none of us can say that we have no time for prayer.
Wishing you God’s abundant blessings,
Yours Prayerfully
