TIST 2018 is a national forum for the presentation and discussion of emerging trends in Science and Technology. The conference will bring together leading researchers faculty, professionals and practitioners in the domain of interest from around the country to present their latest research, results, ideas, developments and applications in the area of Science and Technologies.
TIST 2018 will include presentations of contributed papers and state-of-the-art lectures by invited plenary speakers.
TIST 2018 scope will be limited to Computer Science/ Technology, Mathematics, Physics and Statistics.
Objectives of the Conference
The Salesian Research centre has been publishing the Salesian Journal of Humanities and Social Sciences since 2010. As commitment towards academic excellence, the Science Departments of the College have decided to bring out a Science Journal annually which is in the process of obtaining an ISSN. Towards this endeavour, the institution desires to encourage participation from scholars qualified in their respective domains to present the fruits of their investigations in the Conference / Seminar. The works will be evaluated by a panel of experts and will be selected for publication in the Science Journal once the ISSN is obtained.
Scholars who feel that they can contribute with their ideas in this conference may submit an abstract of approximately 300 words by January 21, 2018. The conference will be held on 27th and 28th February, 2018 at Salesian College, Siliguri Campus. The final papers will have to be submitted by February 18, 2018. Abstracts mentioning key terms and followed by a brief Bio note (in 50 words) may be submitted at firstname.lastname@example.org.
