Phase II: All the candidates who have taken the Fee Book should complete the admission process by Monday, 19th June 2017.Kindly Submit the documents in the College Office & Submit the DD in the Accounts Office.

Post selection admission process:-

  1. The selected candidates are asked to collect the Fee Book from the Accounts Office and make the DD (in favour of SALESIAN COLLEGE SILIGURI AC FEES, payable at Siliguri) for payment by 12 or 13 June 2017 failing which the names may be deleted to give place to others. Once the payment is done the students will be given the dress material from the same counter for uniform. Fees once paid are non-refundable.
  2. The students are to meet the Principal with their parents to sign the contract as per schedule given below and to verify the original documents:
    27 June 2017 - B.Com Management and B.Com General & BBA (8 am to 10 am)
    27 June 2017 - B.Com Accountancy and Finance Honours (2pm to 4 pm)
    28 June 2017 - Arts and Humanities (10 am to 2 pm)
    29 June 2017 - Science and BCA (10 am to 12 noon)
  3. Following Original Documents are to be submitted to College Office:
    a) Class 10 and 12 Mark sheets
    b) Class 10 and 12 Admit cards
    c) Class 12 Pass Certificate
    d) Character Certificate and TC from the last School attended
    e) Migration Certificate (except for WBCHSE students)
    f) Medical Fitness Certificate
    g) 10 Passport size photos for BBA & BCA and 8 Passport size photos for others in formal dress
    h) Letter form Parish Priest/Pastor-in-Charge of the Parish/Church (for Christian Students only)
  4. Regular classes will commence from 1 July 2017. (09:00 - 01:00 pm for all courses)
  5. All the students are expected to dress modestly preferably in Indian/Western formals.
